Putin to convene Russian Security Council meeting

Russian President Vladimir Putin will preside over a meeting of the country’s Security Council today, on February 21, Russian Presidential Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, Report informs referring to TASS.
“Very soon, literally in 10-15 minutes, President Putin will convene a meeting of the Russian Security Council,” the Kremlin spokesperson said. He clarified that this is a “big” meeting, and not a regular meeting of the president with the permanent members of the Security Council of the Russian Federation. Peskov added that the president is expected to deliver speech at the event, reports of other participants are also possible.
