Putin reveals who can solve problem in Ukraine

The problem in Ukraine can be solved ‘very simply’ by those who promote this policy in Washington, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during the plenary session of the Valdai Discussion Club, Report informs.

“It's very easy to solve this problem, give an appropriate signal to Kyiv that they should change their position and strive to solve these problems peacefully,” the president said.

During his speech at the meeting of the club, Putin also pointed out that it was not Russia, but the West that brought the situation and events in Ukraine to the current level. He noted that Western countries organize various coups, one of which led to tragic consequences in Ukraine in 2014.
