The Presidents of Russia and Iran, Vladimir Putin and Ebrahim Raisi, had a telephone conversation, Report informs, citing the press service of the Kremlin.

During the conversation, the presidents discussed cooperation in energy, transport, and logistics.

Putin and Raisi appreciated the coordination within the framework of the Astana process, which plays a crucial role in settlement of the Syrian conflict.
