"Russia's talks with Ukraine were made possible by the efforts of the President of Belarus," Russian President Vladimir Putin told a briefing after a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko, Report informs.
"The territory of Belarus is quite suitable for negotiations between Russia and Ukraine," he said.
