Putin inks decree on retaliatory visa measures

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree on retaliatory visa measures in connection with the unfriendly actions of foreign states, Report informs referring to RIA Novosti.
The Decree ‘On response measures of a visa nature in connection with the unfriendly actions of foreign states’ has been signed “based on the need to take urgent measures in response to the unfriendly actions of the EU, a number of foreign states, their citizens, stateless persons permanently residing or temporarily staying in their territories, holders of travel documents issued by these foreign states or the EU, committed against the Russian Federation, its citizens and legal entities,” the document says.
