Russian President Vladimir Putin dismissed Mikael Agasandyan, Russia's representative to the CSTO, Report's Russian bureau informs citing the decree of the Russian head of state.
The Russian president appointed Viktor Vasilyev, Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to this post.
