Putin calls on Ukraine to return to negotiating table

Russian President Vladimir Putin called on Ukraine to immediately stop hostilities and return to the negotiating table, Report informs, citing TASS.

Speaking at the ceremony of signing agreements on the entry of new territories into Russia, Putin also announced that the residents of Donbas, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions are becoming Russian citizens once and forever.
