Presidential candidate: 'I will do everything to unite society around Georgia's national interests'

Georgian presidential candidate Mikheil Kavelashvili said that he will do everything to unite society around national interests, identity, and the country's independence, Report informs referring to Georgian media.

"I am aware of the great responsibility of the position of President of Georgia. The most important fact is that the president of Georgia should be someone who unites society. I will do everything to unite Georgian society, for our national interests, to unite society around the idea of Georgia's identity and independence. I am confident that society will support us and make our Georgia stronger," he noted.
