Only Russian authorities can release information about mobilization, Putin's Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said during a press call.
According to Report, he urged not to trust the messages on this topic, distributed in Telegram channels.
Peskov said "there is no need to attach such importance to Telegram channels in general."
"The primary source is the official government headed by the President of the Russian Federation. There is no need to exaggerate the Telegram channels," he said.
President Vladimir Putin announced partial mobilization in Russia on September 21. On October 31, he announced its completion. The Kremlin has already promised that a second wave of mobilization is not planned.
