Peskov says agreements reached to avoid worst scenario being implemented

Agreements reached to avoid the worst scenario are being implemented, Russian President Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, Report's Russian bureau informs.
According to him, the Kremlin hopes that all parties to the agreement reached after an attempted armed mutiny will fulfill their promises unquestioningly.
Peskov stressed that a lot of work has been done and Russian President Vladimir Putin showed his will in order to prevent the worst scenario.
Putin's spokesman believes that recent events have demonstrated a high level of consolidation of the public, political forces and the military around the Russian president.
He also noted that there are no prerequisites for negotiations with Ukraine at the moment.
