All epidemiological measures on coronavirus related to the security of Russian President Vladimir Putin remain in place despite the cancellation of the mask regime in the capital, Putin's Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said during a press call.
Report informs, citing Russian media, that, according to him, the employees of the presidential administration continue to fulfill their duties in full despite the pandemic, but they no longer wear masks starting today.
"As for the president, naturally, all measures connected with the president's security, precautions continue unless and in the volume considered expedient by the specialists in the respective areas," Peskov said, answering the question of whether the anti-epidemic measures have been canceled in Kremlin, including for the administration employees and for the president.
The mask-wearing requirement and measures to observe social distancing have been canceled in Moscow and Moscow Oblast since March 15. They were taken to protect the population from coronavirus.
