Throughout the negotiation process, Robert Kocharyan and Serzh Sargsyan have admitted that Karabakh is a part of Azerbaijan, or have not been guided by the principle that "Karabakh will not be a part of Azerbaijan," Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at the parliament on June 15, Report informs, citing Novosti Armenia.

He pointed out that in 1998, Kocharyan agreed to hold talks with the then OSCE Minsk Group based on a "single state".

According to the Prime Minister, the document also included a special note on Azerbaijani citizenship in the passports of Karabakh residents.
