Pashinyan: Armenia, Azerbaijan have official agreement on return of lost soldiers

Armenia and Azerbaijan have an agreement on the return of servicemen who get lost, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said while commenting on the return of the missing soldier, Report informs, citing Sputnik Armenia.

According to him, this agreement was violated in 2018. Nikol Pashinyan said that during the last discussions with the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, an agreement was reached on the return of soldiers to the other side: "The return of Panakhov was the first such event."
