Negotiations between leading Palestinian factions have begun in Moscow within the framework of an inter-Palestinian meeting on a settlement in the Gaza Strip, Report informs referring to Russian media.
Earlier, Palestinian Ambassador to Russia Abdel Hafiz Nofal reported that Palestinian organizations, including Fatah and Hamas, plan to discuss the formation of a new unified government, as well as the problem of the post-conflict “restructuring” of Gaza.
