NATO's 13-day multinational exercises conclude in Georgia

Multinational NATO exercises Agile Spirit 2025, which began on July 25, have concluded in Georgia, Report informs with reference to the Defense Ministry of Georgia.

The official closing ceremonies of the exercises took place on the parade ground of the combat training center in Vaziani near Tbilisi. Representatives of the Georgian Ministry of Defense and the US Embassy awarded various medals and certificates to military personnel who distinguished themselves during the exercises.

The exercises involved military personnel from Georgia, USA, Türkiye, Poland, Germany, Italy, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Lithuania, and Ukraine. Representatives of the armed forces of Armenia and Japan participated as observers.

Agile Spirit has been held in Georgia annually since 2011. In 2015, they were held under the auspices of NATO for the first time; before that, they were Georgian-American exercises.
