Mayor: Russia drops banned bomb on Okhtyrka

The Russian military has dropped a vacuum bomb banned by the Geneva Conventions on the Ukrainian city of Okhtyrka of the Sumy Oblast, Mayor Pavlo Kuzmenko said on Facebook, Report informs.
"The enemy is waging a gruesome war. A vacuum bomb was thrown at Okhtyrka again. The oil depot exploded," he wrote.
