Possible Western sanctions or backlash against Russia will not affect Moscow's plan to deploy tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus, said Russian President's Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov, Report informs.
He emphasized that Russian President Vladimir Putin gave an explanation on the issue and said 'nothing to add.'
