Kazakhstan tightens security of diplomatic missions

Kazakhstan has beefed up security to protect foreign diplomatic missions, Report informs, citing the government's press service.
"The security of the diplomatic missions in the country has been tightened. The permanent communication with foreign countries and international organizations has been ensured," the statement reads.
Mass protests in Kazakhstan started on the first days of 2022 when the residents of Zhanaozen and Aktau, the cities in the country's west, took to the streets to oppose the twofold increase in fuel prices.
