Kazakhstan has declared October 29 a day of national mourning for those who lost their lives in the explosion that occurred in the coal mine in the Karaganda region, Report informs.
The death toll from the explosion of methane gas in the coal mine in the Karaganda region of Kazakhstan has reached 21 people.
