Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida told Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy that Japan is ready to offer emergency humanitarian aid in the wake of the dam explosion and flooding, Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Hirokazu Matsuno said on Friday, Report informs, citing local media.
