Ishaq Dar, Hakan Fidan discuss regional developments by phone

Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan last night.
Report informs, citing Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, that the two officials exchanged views on the evolving regional situation.
They welcomed the encouraging progress toward an understanding between the United States and Iran and expressed hope that these positive developments would pave the way for lasting peace and stability in the region.
The sides also agreed to remain in close contact on further developments.
