Iranian general discusses regional situation with Armenian ambassador

Brigadier General Mohammad Ahadi, the Iranian Armed Forces Deputy Chief of Staff for International Cooperation, discussed cooperation and regional situation with Armenia's ambassador to Tehran, Grigor Hakobyan, Report informs via Iranian media.

During the meeting, the Iranian general highlighted the special importance of relations with Yerevan for Tehran within the framework of strengthening cooperation with neighboring countries. He reaffirmed Iran's position in supporting Armenia's territorial integrity.

In response, the Armenian diplomat emphasized the significance of deepening cooperation with the Islamic Republic of Iran for his country.
