Iranian FM to visit New York next week

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi is supposed to visit New York next week, Esmaeil Baghaei, Spokesperson for Iran’s Foreign Ministry, told reporters on Monday, Report informs via Mehr News Agency.

Baghaei noted that next Monday, a ministerial meeting with the agenda of the West Asian region especially the issue of Palestine and Gaza will be held in New York under the chairmanship of Algeria, and Iran has been invited to participate in this meeting.

He added that many of the region’s countries will participate in this conference.
