Iran signals readiness for potential new conflict with Israel

Iran is ready for any developments in the region, including a potential resumption of armed conflict with Israel, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said in an interview with Asharq Al Awsat, according to Report.

“There is a possibility of any scenario, and we are prepared for all circumstances. The 12-day war demonstrated that a military option is not successful for our opponents, and Iran was able to repel the attacks,” he emphasized.

Araghchi noted that during the recent conflict, Iran continued to strike Israeli targets while successfully defending its positions. He added that if adversaries attempt to repeat combat scenarios, they will face the same—or potentially even stronger—response.

The minister also stressed Iran’s readiness for constructive dialogue with neighboring countries and for cooperation aimed at stabilizing the regional situation.
