Protests have erupted across several major cities in Iran under the slogan "Water, electricity, life — our right!", according to Report, citing the Telegram channel Azad Iran.
The demonstrations, taking place in cities including Tehran, Tabriz, Khuzestan, and Bushehr, were sparked by prolonged disruptions in water supply and frequent power outages during an exceptionally hot summer.
According to the information, police have used force to disperse demonstrators. Observers warn that the ongoing utility crisis could significantly heighten social unrest in the country.
