History in light: Tashkent hosts stunning 3D mapping show

A cultural event featuring a large-scale 3D mapping show, stage performances, and a concert program has taken place near the Islamic Civilization Center in Tashkent, according to Report's correspondent in Tashkent.

The facade of the Islamic Civilization Center was transformed into a massive multimedia screen.

Using light, animation, and modern visual technologies, the performance presented the history, architecture, art, and cultural heritage of Uzbekistan to the audience.

The project was co-created by the Russian company Sila Sveta. Its founder, Alexander Us, noted that work on the show lasted approximately one year.

"Over the course of a year, our team traveled across the regions, studying the history, architecture, art, and traditions," Us said. "Thanks to your hospitality, we truly fell in love with this country, and I am confident that you will feel this love in our show."

According to Us, the project involved not only Russian specialists but also members of Uzbekistan's creative industry, including screenwriters, directors, animation artists, and other professionals.

Director of the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan Firdavs Abdukhalikov also thanked the creative team for their work and highlighted the scale of the presented project.

The spectacle became one of the highlights of the cultural program, with music, light effects, and dynamic visual imagery creating an immersive experience of Uzbekistan's history and culture on the building's facade.

The show was attended by guests of an international media forum, cultural representatives, and media industry professionals, including Azerbaijani journalists.

The event concluded with a concert program and stage performances.
