Heavy rain causes problems in Tbilisi

Heavy rain has caused a number of problems in Georgia's capital, Tbilisi.
According to Report's local bureau, water accumulated on roads around Heroes' Square, disrupting traffic.
A traffic jam has also formed on the right bank of the Kura River.
Footage circulating on social media shows the situation in Tbilisi and surrounding areas caused by the heavy rain. Residents have reported flooding on streets in several areas, including Tskneti. Some parts of Tbilisi are also experiencing power outages.
Heavy and continuous rain has been falling in the Georgian capital for about an hour.
