Armenia advocates for a balanced approach when choosing the location for signing a peace treaty with Azerbaijan. The place and time for signing the agreement with Baku have not yet been discussed, Secretary of Armenia's Security Council Armen Grigoryan said, Report informs via Armenian media.
He noted that Armenia has not proposed specific locations for signing. However, in his opinion, it would be logical to choose some 'balanced' option.
Responding to a question about why the Armenian authorities are not publishing the text of the document, Grigoryan noted that during public discussions, society has already received detailed information about the content of the agreement.
"I understand that there is public interest in the treaty. But, given that there is still no agreement on the time and place [of signing], we continue to work. When this happens, the text will be made public," Grigoryan added.
