Armenia builds relations with the US and EU without hurting the interests of third countries, the secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, told journalists Thursday, Report informs.
According to Grigoryan, cooperation with the US and EU countries will continue if it aligns with Armenia’s interests.
The secretary also explained the reason for the failure of the phone conversation between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and US President Donald Trump. According to him, newly appointed officials in the US have certain restrictions. The Armenian side has indicated its readiness for dialogue but is waiting for its counterparts to fully assume their duties, taking into account their workload.
