Georgia's PACE delegation might lose voting rights

A proposal has been made to limit the powers of Georgia's delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Report informs.
The case for reviewing the powers of Georgia's delegation has been sent to the relevant commission during the winter session of PACE that started today, with the support of more than 30 countries.
The commission's decision will be announced within 24 hours. If the decision is positive, the Georgian delegation will be able to participate in PACE sessions but will lose its voting rights.
