Georgia's COVID-19 cases surpass 1.5m 

Over the past day, 15,644 more people have tested positive for coronavirus in Georgia.

The country has reported 24,110 recoveries and 46 deaths from the virus, Report's Georgian bureau informs, with reference to the Georgian Government.

Georgia has recorded a total of 1,511,800 cases of coronavirus infection since the pandemic began. To date, 1,324,172 of them have recovered, while 15,729 have died.
