Georgia has recalled its ambassador to Kyiv in connection with the possible appointment of former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili as Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Report says, citing UNIAN.
Georgian Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani was "very upset" by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's invitation to Saakashvili to join Ukraine's government.
According to Khatia Dekanoidze, a former head of Ukraine's National Police and a member of the United National Movement, the Georgian government has thus declared a de facto diplomatic war against Ukraine.
