The Georgian government will review its decision to resume international tourism.
A relevant decision will soon be made public, Report’s local bureau says.
Georgia had fruitful talks with partner countries, Israel, and various European Union members to recommence tourism. However, those countries have postponed the reopening of borders to tourists due to the epidemiological situation.
The government will monitor the recent developments in the world and make an appropriate decision.
Earlier, Tbilisi announced it will receive international tourists from July 1.
So far, the country has detected a total of 908 cases and 14 related deaths.
