"Our views on many issues coincide with Russia. But there are also topics where we have different positions," Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said in an interview with NTV, Report informs.
"For example, we do not recognize the illegal annexation of Crimea. Sometimes we may not be pleased with the steps taken by each other. Turkiye has always supported the expansion of NATO. We look at the membership of Sweden and Finland from the context of our own interests. We haven't received Russia's disapproval yet," he said.
