FM: Moscow demanding unacceptable concessions from Ukraine

“Moscow is demanding unacceptable concessions from Ukraine. This is nonsense! Sometimes they can't even explain what they mean,” Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said in an interview with the Spanish newspaper El Pais, Report informs citing UNIAN.

He said that Ukraine is interested in only three things: “These are security guarantees, recognition of territorial integrity within the Crimea and Donbas and a ceasefire, as well as the withdrawal of enemy troops. There is still no serious progress on some important and fundamental issues.”

According to Kuleba, Ukraine should receive security guarantees not only from Russia, but also from other countries. Russia agreed to this, he noted.

All issues agreed between the parties must be legally supported and ratified by the parliament. On this occasion, Ukraine is negotiating with the US, the UK, Germany, France and Turkey.
