Federica Mogherini: EU-Turkey talks not frozen

Baku. 29 April. REPORT.AZ/ Head of EU diplomacy, Federica Mogherini called Ankara a strategic partner of the European Union.
Report informs citing Anadolu, she also noted that Turkey is still a candidate country for the European bloc.
"Brussels declares readiness for talks on Ankara's membership in the EU. The dialogue in this direction is not frozen and not completed," Mogherini said.
