A devastating explosion rocked a pasta factory in Türkiye's northwestern province of Sakarya on September 15, leaving 33 people injured and claiming the life of one worker. The tragic incident occurred at the facility located in the Hendek district, prompting a swift response from emergency services.
Firefighters battled the flames that engulfed the factory following the blast, working tirelessly to rescue those trapped beneath the rubble. During the rescue efforts, three firefighters sustained minor injuries.
