NATO should strengthen its efforts in the fight against terrorism, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan told a press conference at the Esenboga airport before leaving for the US, Report informs.
Erdogan said he will pay special attention to this issue in the meetings to be held in the US.
He also spoke about the ongoing war in Ukraine: “NATO should not be a party to the war. We have been in favor of a just peace since the first day of the war, and we are working for it.”
