Erdogan breaks 18-year hiatus, visits opposition headquarters

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan paid a visit to the headquarters of the main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) for the first time in 18 years, according to Report.
The visit was a reciprocal gesture by Erdogan, following a meeting with CHP leader Ozgur Ozel on May 2, which was initiated by Ozel. That was the first encounter between the Turkish president and the opposition leader in eight years.
