Baku. 11 October. REPORT.AZ/ Donald Trump on Wednesday demanded Saudi Arabia to provide answers over the disappearance of journalist and US resident Jamal Khashoggi, who Turkish officials suspect was murdered after entering the Saudi consulate in Istanbul.
"I have to find out what happened to journalist. Our position is very tough. We have inspectors there. They work with local inspectors in Turkey. We also cooperate with Saudi Arabia. We want to find out what happened”, US president said.
Trump made the statement on Jamal Khashoggi, the journalist missing at the Saudi Consulate General in Istanbul, at a press conference on October 10:
"I want this case to be investigated further. We are waiting for answers to our questions from Saudi Arabia authorities. This case will be investigated to the end."
