Coronavirus: Confirmed cases surpass 118 thousand in Iran

Over the past day, 35 people have died of coronavirus in Iran, which is the lowest figure for more than two months, Report says, citing RIA Novosti.
According to the official representative of the Iranian Ministry of Health Kianush Jahanpur, the country confirmed 1,757 new infection cases, taking the total cases to 118,392. He said a total of 93,147 patients had recovered so far, while 2,716 are in critical condition.
The number of victims since February 19, when authorities reported the first cases of coronavirus, reached 6,937.
