Innovative thinking and practical diplomacy can bring Armenia and Azerbaijan together, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said in a speech at Lviv University in Ukraine, Report informs.
"The establishment of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization after the USSR collapse is an innovative idea.
"Instead of reactive diplomacy, we can use innovative thinking and practical diplomacy to bring together Russia, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Greece, and Turkey, which have different problems," he said.
The Turkish FM also spoke about the benefits of trilateral and quadrilateral regional cooperation.
