Armenian MP: Point of reforms in Armenian army not clear

"I have sent official letters to the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of the Armed Forces to understand and analyze the reasons for the defeat in the Second Karabakh War," Tigran Abrahamyan, a parliament member from the opposition With Honor faction and a security expert, said on Facebook.

Report informs that he expressed dissatisfaction with the response of government agencies: "In response, the Defense Ministry stressed that the analysis has not yet been completed, but fundamental reforms are being carried out in the structure. The essence of the reform in the Armed Forces is not clear. True, the letter was answered. But the answers raised more questions. The content of the changes in the Armed Forces can never be considered satisfactory."
