Armenia to open embassy in Hungary

The Armenian government has decided to open an embassy in Hungary during its November 28 meeting, Report informs referring to Armenian media.
Armenia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs considers it expedient to open an embassy in Hungary, which will allow expanding cooperation and giving new momentum to interaction in various spheres, according to the report.
It is also noted that "Hungary is important for Armenia as a member of the EU."
On May 6, Hungary's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Economic Relations Peter Szijjarto, after negotiations with his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan in Yerevan, announced that Armenia and Hungary agreed to open embassies in both capitals in the near future.
