Armenia reduces number of its diplomats abroad

Baku. 1 February. REPORT.AZ/ The number of Armenian diplomats abroad will be downsized by 20-30%.
Report informs citing Armenian media that the diplomatic missions say they had received instructions on cutting the number of employees.
The job cuts in public sector have already begun in Armenia with 128 employees of the State Revenue Committee providing tax and customs services and 84 officials of the Finance Ministry dismissed from their posts.
Notably, the Armenian embassy to Denmark is closing too.
