The partnership agreement between Iran and Russia includes 47 articles and covers all areas of bilateral cooperation, Iran's Ambassador to Russia Kazem Jalali said, Report informs via TASS.
"This agreement includes a preamble, 47 articles, and covers all areas of bilateral cooperation," Jalali told the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting.
