14 IS suspects detained in Türkiye

Fourteen people suspected of involvement in the Islamic State terrorist group have been detained in Türkiye, Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya wrote on X, Report informs referring to TASS.
“In coordination with the Prosecutor General’s Office, the General Directorate of Security and the Counter-Terrorism Department, police raids were carried out against suspected IS collaborators in four provinces - Eskisehir, Gaziantep, Samsun and Yalova,” he noted.
He added that five people were detained in Eskisehir, six in Yalova, two in Gaziantep, and one suspect was caught in Samsun.
