Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says his term of office as head of state has not yet expired, Report informs
In an interview with Reuters, Zelenskyy said his term of five years [as president] was not over yet due to the martial law.
He added that he could not evaluate his activities because it would not be ethical.
