Zelenskyy arrives in Japan for G7 summit

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Japan today to personally attend the Group of Seven (G7) summit, which is taking place in Hiroshima, Report informs via TASS.
According to the Japanese Foreign Ministry, initially, the Ukrainian president was supposed to take part in the summit online. Such an agreement was reached during the visit of Prime Minister Fumio Kishida to Kyiv in March. However, Zelenskyy then "expressed his desire to personally participate in the summit," and the Japanese government accepted this proposal.
