Zelenskyy arrives in Czechia for talks

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and First Lady Olena Zelenska have arrived in the Czech Republic on an official visit, according to the Telegram channel of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Report informas via RBC-Ukraine.

Meetings with the Czech president and prime minister are scheduled as part of the visit.

Zelenskyy arrived in the Czech Republic on Sunday, May 4.

"Today I welcomed President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the leader of the free world," Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky wrote on X.

Zelenskyy thanked the Czech Republic for its principled support and the strengthening of cooperation between the two countries.

He noted that the Czech artillery initiative has proven effective, and this cooperation will continue.

Particular attention will be given to the development of Ukraine's military aviation, the expansion of training programs for pilots, and the provision of F-16 aircraft.
